Pre-loved Edit Sales:

Due to the unique and second-hand nature of all pieces, unfortunately this means, all sales are final — no returns, refunds or exchanges.

Please read item descriptions carefully, and feel free to email or DM for extra details or photos before purchasing.

Every piece is handpicked, re-loved, and ready for its next life - so choose wisely and love it hard.

Pre-loved Edit Rentals:

Pieces available for rental will be rented for an agreed amount of time, depending on price and must be returned on agreed date in the same condition it was received in. 

If damage occurs, the renter will need to contact Otto Society to discuss repairs or replacement price agreed upon when rented.

Terms will be confirmed via email between the renter and Otto Society.
